Property Management Prospectus

Vander Zanden Real Estate Company, LLC offers property management of your investment property. We currently manage 10 commercial buildings in the greater Green Bay area that consist of office, retail, medical and warehouse manufacturing.

Management Duties Include;

Maintain Lease and Tenant Files

Our office will keep Tenant files and produce lease charts that organize and track commercial leases. We advise Owners of rent increases, potential lease issues and current commercial market lease rates.

Tenant Relations

We will handle calls from tenants and meet face to face to discuss tenant concerns, issues or problems as they arise. Convey to Owner concerns and potential solutions as necessary.

Collect Rents/Pay Invoices

We will collect all rents and pay any invoices associated with your real estate from our office in a timely manner.

Organize/Supervise Maintenance

Vander Zanden Real Estate Company, LLC will use maintenance vendors of your choice. The vendors work for you, but we will make the calls and schedule any maintenance as needed or directed, or use vendors we work with.

Provide Monthly Accounting Reports

Vander Zanden Real Estate Company, LLC will provide monthly balance sheets and income and expense reports. We can also deposit rental proceeds into the financial institution of your choice.
